These terms govern your use of the PressNative platform, including our website, WordPress plugin, Registry service, and native mobile applications.

Service Description

PressNative provides tools to convert WordPress websites into native mobile applications. The service includes a WordPress plugin, a centralized Registry service, and pre-built native app shells for Android and iOS.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content published through your WordPress site and, by extension, through any PressNative-powered app. You must have the right to use and distribute all content, images, and media served through the platform. You agree not to use PressNative to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Subscriptions and Billing

PressNative offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. PressNative retains rights to our platform code, designs, and documentation. The WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPL v2 license consistent with WordPress ecosystem standards.

Limitation of Liability

PressNative is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from app store rejections, service interruptions, or content delivery failures beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-dashboard notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
