PressNative (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website (pressnative.app), WordPress plugin, and native mobile applications.

Information We Collect

Device Information: When you install a PressNative-powered app, we collect your device type (iOS or Android) and a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for push notifications. We do not collect your name, email, or personal identifiers through the app.

Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data including page views, post views, category views, and search queries. This data is aggregated and used to provide analytics to site publishers. It cannot be tied to individual users.

Website Visitors: Our website uses standard server logs. If you create an account or subscribe to a plan, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).

How We Use Information

We use collected information to: deliver push notifications you’ve opted into, provide aggregated analytics to publishers, process payments, improve our services, and communicate about your account or subscription.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Firebase (push notification delivery), and Google Cloud (infrastructure hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Retention

Device tokens are retained as long as the app is installed. Analytics data is retained for 90 days. Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.
